銆€銆€ Ninghai First-rate Injection Mould Factory was established in 1984, specializing in the design and the manufacture of large-sized and precise plastic injection moulds. Our factory is a member of China Mould Association as well as one of the Hi-tech enterprises in Ningbo City. It covers an area of 11,600 square meters with building area of 5,800 square meters, and possesses 2 senior engineers and 11 intermediate-ranking engineers.

銆€銆€Our factory took the lead in the manufacturing field of large-sized precise moulds. In 1987, we succeeded in the research and manufacturing of the first set of injection mould of conjoined cylinder for the domestic washing machine with double tubs. Furthermore, the first set of moulds for 54cm domestic color TV plastic housing and the first set of 17cm color display plastic crust were also produced by our factory.

銆€銆€We adopt advanced CAD/CAM/CAE systems, have established our LAN, and achieved the interconnection and high-speed transmission of the product information data and synchronous design and manufacture of the moulds. A modernized method for making moulds has been formed with CAD/CAM/CAE technical integration as its basis, the CNC processing as the primary means and the common mechanical processing as an auxiliary way. Our factory has obtained the certification of ISO9002 by British Standards Institution (BSI).
